You guys, I love Beehive Distilling.

I love their spirits a whole bunch, but I also love the people.

Cocktail Club was lucky enough to get an exclusive invite to take THE FIRST look at their new distillery, and it was a night for the books. In fact, it was one of those nights that just made me so grateful to be a part of the cocktail community and more importantly, the community of amazing ladies that make up Cocktail Club.

The new Beehive space isn’t open to the public just yet, but when it is, you are all going to be so excited to visit. It is spacious and beautiful, and the new still is a sight to see. Chris Barlow gave us a tour, Panic Button Media was on had to answer questions, and Caroline Hargraves, photographer and baker extraordinaire, took on the cocktail portion (which was a goddamn lot to take on).

I have to take a second to express my gratitude for everyone that worked so hard to make this event wonderful. Caroline and Katie — you truly took it next level. Cocktails were so outstanding and a feat to execute for such a large group, and just making sure the new space was ready for guests was another challenge, I am sure. Matt, Chris, and Erik from Beehive stayed for our entire gathering and mingled like champs. Thank you!
