If you follow me on Instagram, you have probably seen that I have been attending some awesome spirits classes at Under Current Bar. These are some of my favorite events to go to because I always walk away having learned so much! I also end up meeting great folks who are also into cocktails and spirits, which further builds my cocktail community here.

Under Current Bar recently put on classes for American Whiskey and Scotch. Amy Eldredge and Ryan Manning lead these courses, and they are so incredibly educated and skilled about spirits and cocktails. On top of that, they really try to bring in spirits that are hard to get, unique, or that you may not have heard of, so that you can try super cool things, which I love.

Here are some photos from the American Whiskey and Scotch classes just to show you how fun they really are! And for $55 you get to taste 5-6 different spirits, 2 cocktails, AND snacks. It is basically unbeatable. Classes sell out fast though, so be sure to keep checking back for the next one.
