I had been wanting to create a frozen cocktail all summer, because the heat wave happening in Salt Lake has been sort of unreal. So, I have to thank Drizly for asking me to create a frozen cocktail for their Summer Cocktail Guide! It gave me the perfect opportunity to get my blender out and cool off.
